I’ve been on a very positive health journey recently. I enjoyed reading Attia’s book Outlive (affiliate link), and I enjoy hearing him on podcasts. This recent one was wide-ranging. Health is one of two areas in which I disagree with Buffett (at least his younger self; the other being spending as much time with my family). Investing is holistic. That means keeping your body and brain in peak condition. I’m not alone here: BRK insiders Ted Weschler and Todd Combs are runners. Buffett & Munger are the flukes who can eat 100g of saturated fat per day and still live to 100.
